Over 12 months, your church will move through a structured journey with a small cohort of other churches facing similar challenges.


Together, you will:

  • Gain Clarity: Understand your church’s current reality and your surrounding community

  • Discern Direction: Identify who God is calling you to become and who you are called to reach

  • Take Action: Launch practical ministry experiments and begin moving forward

HOW IT WORKS

A Simple, Guided Process

Each church participates as a team (pastor + 2–4 key leaders).


Your journey includes:

  • Monthly online teaching sessions

  • Monthly peer learning gatherings with other churches 

  • Guided exercises for your leadership team 

  • Two in-person retreats (beginning and activation phase) 

  • Ongoing access to coaching and support 

You won’t be walking this road alone.
